Hi,

To make filter on shop page you have to go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Change Product Layout to Masonry and enable categories filter.

1. You can show all product in JanStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Per Page and change number of products as you want

2. I checked your site on real mobile device it work well, could you check it again.
