Hi Team Artk,

We never update anything in child theme, we only update parent theme. When have update you only need update parent theme, the child theme you use to customize and override parent theme so your customize codes don’t lose when you update.

1. You need create Portfolio Categories, single portfolio by navigate Portfolio and upload featured image for single portfolio http://take.ms/gVj08

2. I helped you enabled Visual Composer for portfolio, so you can insert (Masonry media grid, any element of Visual Composer to single portfolio.

Thank you for report. Our theme work well with both plugin.

The new plugin still have some issue you can check some latest comment at https://forums.envato.com/t/envato-market-wordpress-plugin-beta/21639/111

So we recommend use old plugin it more stable than new.

Hi,

We’re sorry this layout now display thumnails as main image and main image like other layout is hidden. So it impossible to display another thumbs on this product detail layout.

Hi,

I checked your setting for product image in WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display. It wrong

We recommend setting for product images dimension have same ratio with original images

Example your original 670 x 870

– Catalog images will be 270 x 350 ( 270 x 870 ~= 350 x 670 )
– Single product image: 570 x 740
– Thumbnail image: 160 x 207

You can fix by add custom css in Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

We recommend change product catalog image to 270 x 300 https://monosnap.com/file/F3GWd5utOu0ciY10xJSpBjhzkUOVuu# and after that go to Tool > Regenerate Thumbnail

It’s the best if all of your images have same dimension.
