you can add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

Hi,

You can remove this product categories link below menu by go to Appearance > Widgets > WooCommerce Categories Menu Sidebar and remove all widgets in this area.

This issue with WooCommerce 3.x

1. Can you try deactivate some plugin Aelia Foundation Classes for WooCommerce, AfterShip – WooCommerce Tracking and check email.

If still have issue you can try another way

2. Deactivate Claue theme and try with default theme (twenty seventeen, storefront) and check email

1. You can remove description of product by remove content when you edit product http://take.ms/yp3i9

2. You can make search box like screen shot by copy header layout as layout you activate from claue > views > header > layout-x.php to claue-child > views > header and edit.
