You can edit Information menu on footer by go to Appearance > Menus > Select Menu > Information

You can edit “Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions” in Dashboard > Pages and select page you want edit.

1. I try with our instagram Access Token and User ID it still run normal, you can follow our video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rQkm1aGeas

2. For the images: All images are just used for Preview Purpose Only. They are not part of the theme and NOT included in the final purchase files because license and copyright.

After import sample content the images will be replace by place holder image and you can change with your images.
