The error related to plugin “wc-smart-cod” please go to ftp > wp-content > plugins and delete folder “wc-smart-cod” and try again.

Sorry by default WooCommerce not support show the filter on custom page. It only work on category page. In your case, i’m sorry i can’t help.

You can remove widget title in Appearance > Widgets > Categories Menu Sidebar and remove the Title https://tppr.me/yrnKt
