I have tried option one by using wp reset plugin as well as installing fresh WP and have tried to import sample data. But again, it didn’t work.
Regarding option#2, as our site is running on digitalocean openlitespeed vps image for wp, therefore, uploading the duplicator plugin’s backup files conflicts with the existing db. In this case, could you please share with me your site backup files again which is created using WPVivid Backup plugin? I guess those backup files will work due to the fact that WPVivid plugin can restore backup on an existing WP installation.
