      7. If you check my site, it won’t work 🙂 Can you kindly check if my staging site is working on your end regarding this point. I only guessed about the 95% causing the issue. Honestly, this issue is a very old issue (1 year back) and I never had time to follow up about this. Customers try 2 columns often since the art images look big and beautiful but some people complained about 1 column and it looks ugly.

    Hi,

    We investigated and found this complaint from clients who are using larger monitors like 17 inch. Can you please test in a bigger screen in chrome for example? We tested by minimizing the browser and when it is made smaller, then the columns are indeed 2. But when we maximize to 17 inch or more, the columns become 1.

    Can you try and let us know 🙂 We have the issue in multiple staging sites and hence think the issue is not cache.

    Will it help you if we make a video in loom? Let us know and we can do it in 2 mins.

    Dear Harry,

    We uninstalled and then re-installed and now it works.

    We will test more and let you know if we find any issues. So far, all looks good 🙂

    We re-tested and after trying to activate claue we got instant server error 500 in staging hence proving its something in claue. Hope this helps 🙂
