In the image I attached (taken from a Windows OS web browser) you’ll see that the top gray bar is much wider then it should be. I prefer it to have space for one line of text not three or four like it looks there. I tried to shorten the text/sentence but it didn’t fix the issue when the cache/cookie history was cleared from that computer and then refreshed.

I did ask meta slider, they said it cannot be removed. Just thought I would get a second opinion just in case you knew something they didn’t. Thanks for the video.

Thank you I appreciate that! I have upgraded the slider and placed it in that space, the only thing is that I would like the video slider to be about 40% smaller then it is now, could you please tell me how to fix this? Thanks.
