I just recently renewed the six months support with you but unfortunately it’s going to be an issue for me to stick with your theme because I am now required to purchase the plugin for WPML. My client does not want to pay more for this feature that their site requires. I require a refund for the prepaid for support that has not been used as of this date.
Can I please get some support with my issue soon. Thanks.
I implemented the changes to the template but none of the content from my website carried over to the new template design. I assume that my website content should appear as it did before but within the new design. I also cannot fix the issues with the plugins that I had yesterday…I’m still unable to activate them even with following the instruction of the prompts that show up as I’m trying to activate them, one by one.
The only thing I can think of is clicking on the option for “full width row” and selecting “yes”. I’m not sure what else to do in regards to that. If you could give me more specific advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I cannot find where the Blog settings is listed in order to edit it. I looked on the blog page, theme settings and under customize.
