Hi Harry,

We have tried both of these options and neither of them work for our issues.

It doesn’t matter what we select under Product Image, some of the images are still displaying as square while other images are displaying at 6:10 ratio.

With product sorting, this does not solve the issue that we are facing within the categories. For instance, there are four pages of pillows before a visitor will see our blankets, because we uploaded all blankets before pillows. We want these products shuffled so that items that were uploaded first sometimes show up on the first page of each category. Your solution does not solve this issue.

Please advise.

I am using the video header, I do not want the menu to disappear from the top, I would like the menu to stay unhidden and the video to play below it. How do I do this?

Thank you. I now have another issue. I added new categories and when I went into Appearance- Menus to add the categories to my main menu, the new categories are not showing in the categories options. How do I get the new categories to show so that I can add them to the menu?

Also, when I go to Appearance – Widgets, no widgets are showing and when I do a search of any widget, nothing is found.

Please advise.
