This plugin allows add the tab for each product only; It can’t assign tab for a specific category. I just found another plugin to do like your purpose

Please follow below steps

1. Install Gecko child theme

2. Copy file woocommerce / templates / checkout / thankyou.php in WooCommerce plugin to gecko-child/ woocommerce / checkout / thankyou.php

3. Open that file and add anything you want (Please don’t remove the code in this file, just add your message anywhere you want).
