    I have just been in contact with the hosting company, and they asked the following:

    “It does not show any error message that can help us troubleshhoot. Also on the given paste, the customer has been asked to download the duplicator package. However they have also mentioned that the server doesn’t give permission to import sample data. Hence can the customer ask more details about that and how they have endedup on that conclusion? Does it something to do with some unopened ports that we have? Or they may have been another trigger?”

    Thank you so much! The size that you increased it to looks amazing!

    I see that the autoplay works on the computer, but it seems like it is only works randomly on mobile version, do you know why?

    I just noticed that the video on the popup do not autoplay, like when you click on the specific product video. That would be pretty nice if you could make that in the video popup.

    Also it seems like a few visitors has problem opening the popup. Do you think it could be because of the browser blocking the popup? If yes, is there a way where this can be fixed + making the Youtube video bigger when the popup is open in mobile + tablet browser?
    I would of course pay for the fixes.
