here’s the full series
still not resolved
problem 1 = add to basket option takes 90 seconds or more to appear once TULIPWOOD variations are chosen
(this only variation fully configured right now = swatch 4)
problem 2 = when variation swatch is chosen image does not appear in gallery as expected (this might just be a setting i’ve missed)
Please could you take a look i’m meeting (concerned) client in the morning. Hopefully we can find solution.

I am really sorry the fix did not help.
Unfortunately it will be best to contact a website theme developer to advise you about the issue as this doesn’t seem like a server side issue.
The website is not throwing any error messages and nothing will be recorded in the error log.
Maybe some MySQL query is failing, but we are not able to confirm that.Kind regards,

I’ve just run same test again it still just “hangs” takes maybe 60 seconds to find result
see attached search i just ran
(only TULIPWOOD is configured so far)

I’ve created a php.ini file inside the ‘periodmouldings’ dorectory of your ‘paulaube.ltd.uk’ website and increased all your PHP memory limits.
I’ve also placed the rules suggested in the Woocommerce article inside php.ini and they should work properly now.Would you mind double checking now and advise if you still experience the issue?

update –
system DOES eventually presenst item in stock to add to basket
BUT it takes about 90 seconds to do it = something wrong : (
still not getting SWATCH / GALLERY image to show either

thank you for your help with the swatch plugin i think i’ve understood it
Have been workiing on it today – meeting client at end of the week again
Couple of things…..
I’ve added ……
4 x wood variations
2 x size
untreated/primed/laquered
170/210which apparently equated to 48 possible variations
I’ve loaded in specific price fiels for TULIPWOOD (only)
(it’s the 4th swatch on the product detail page BTW)
I haven’t set up the default product yet
Problem is when i try to test TULIP config it seems to ‘hang’ for 60-90 seconds / spinning blue wheel then it shows up
Also I can’t work out how to get the swatch “gallery” image to display wh selected via swatch it just shows nothing : (
It’s probably something really obvious to you!
I’ve watched the tutorials over and over but they’re based on relatively simple variations (black or red t-shirts) whereas mine is more detailed
any ideas?
