Allign home page banner with top 3 banners

I am not sure why, but the following homepage banner which is indicated on the screenshot is not in the same line as the 3 banners below.
can you please check and let me know how to make them all in the same line?

Now its 1170 PX but still not aligned with the 3 banners below as you can see in this screen shot: https://prnt.sc/10c8yda
Can you please tell me what is wrong now?

Please change the element not use promotion banner. Try Single Image to insert.
