Can't add featured image on Product-Edit vendor form

Hi Harry,

My vendors are complaining they are unable to add Featured Image when listing products as the ‘set featured image’ option isn’t showing. See screenshot.

They can get round this by clicking ‘remove featured image’ and then the ‘set featured image’ option and grey box appears.

If you need to test this you can log into your admin account on my site and switch to my text vendor account.
Go to wp-admin > users, then search for:
Username: Karens Crafts
Click ‘Switch User’ option

Go to MY SHOP (you should be automatically navigated here) https://www.consciouscrafties.com/dashboard/
Then click ‘Add Product’ button

This issue because it auto set featured image for product. Please ask WC Vendor team for support.

Hi Harry,

I worked this one out before speaking to WCVendors. I had recently added a featured image to the vendor dashboard PAGE to pretty up the horrid big grey bar at the top of the page:

I have now removed the featured image from the page and the ‘set featured image’ option on the product-edit form has reappeared. So must be some conflict between the WCVendors featured image on the product listing form and the featured image on the actual vendor dashboard page.

I created new account as a vendor and try to create new product and saw default grey featured image i think this issue of WC Vendor, or please check your setting.

Sorry I mustn’t of explained properly. I have worked out why this had happened and fixed the issue.
