When I’m clicking the “view gallery” option, i’m redirected to http://janstudio.net/claue/shop but then it says “File not found.”

Could you please reply on this topic that will help us easy to track your issue and help you faster.

1. Please use Text Block element and add media to upload you video but it will show video not a background video http://prntscr.com/liaxqh

2. You just only add layout 2nd with 2 rows:

– 1st row with 2 cols
– 2nd row with 1 col

And drag your elements from 1st layout to 2nd layout

3. You can save the page and view front-end and click on Edit with BakeryPageBuilder http://prntscr.com/lib0m2

1. On our demo we use video background but it is Youtube link

2. Please follow this video http://take.ms/JavHr

3. Please go to Dashboard > WPBakery PageBuilder > Role Manager > Front-end Editor > Enable http://prntscr.com/lij3n7

4. To fix error message on please download attach file and replace in yoursite-rootfolder/wp-includes

1. As you said you can’t use Youtube so i recommend use insert media to insert your video
