Plugin Question

Hello, my website loading little slow I installed plugin called PHP compatibility too see if any plugin compatible to PHP version 7 so I can make my website run faster. This one plugin called claue sample data gives error. My question is what this plugin does and how important it is for the theme? What will happen if I delete it?

After import sample data for the first time create your site, you can delete this plugin without any issue.
