Product Image Gallery Changes after clicking variations

Hi Harry,

when I am on the product page and click on the color variation the gallery changes. The gallery shows now 5 times the picture which is layed on this variation.

For example on this product:

When you hit color Pink and Size 6 you will see that the gallery will change.

thanks for the answer.

That makes it kinda worse. When I click now on the color variation the product picture is set, but the rest of the gallery disappears. Honestly, I have by now 50 products, where I need to do that. When I need to go now on every product page to select the right picture, that would be very time consuming.

Is there not an easy, “normal” way to display the product gallery when the variation is clicked, without uploading image gallery for each color? I mean with the storefront theme it was possible without problems?

I mean, I assigned the variation a picture, see the screenshot.
