Hi Karen,
Please edit the page and scroll down to Page Layout Option > and Turn Off Page Title or upload featured image for background of page.
Best regards
Harry

Thanks Harry, I had been trying that but it works on some pages and not others.
I tried to turn off the Page title on this page but it didn’t work:
So I’ve turned the page title back on and uploaded a featured image. Still grey bar.
Also I then changed the layout so a side bar would be shown, but that doesn’t work either.
Thanks for your help,
Karen

Hi Karen,
This page content control by plugin BuddyPress so it doesn’t support show banner on this page.
Please add below code to remove grey bar
.members.buddypress .page-head { display: none;}
Best regards
Harry

Thank you ever so much 🙂
Is there a way I can find out the page name myself for additional pages so I can remove their title so I don’t need to keep bothering you?
Many thanks,
Karen
