Updating Plugin WPBakery Page Builder (1/1)

Hello,

We are not able to Updating Plugin WPBakery Page Builder and getting error (please see the attached file)

Also, in your theme  plugin YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter has an issue. Currently, we have this deactivated but when we activate this plugin, it really slows down my website. My main concern is that my widget page doesnt load when we activate with this plugin.

Can you kindly solve  these two issues for us?

Hi,

Thank you for choose our theme.

1. It now WPBakery Page Builder still version 5.5.2 they didn’t release new update on CodeCanyon https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431 and you can’t update via back end in Plugins

The update version of WPBakery Page Builder will be update together with new update of theme. After update theme you can update plugin in Appearance > Install plugins

2. I checked i see it now error googletag javascript on your site, please check it. Mauy be it cause conflict with YITH Ajax Filter plugin.

Hi,

1. You are saying that there is not any new update announced but WPBakery Page Builder was available til 5.5.3 but now its saying 5.5.4 version. Please see attached screenshot.
2. Also for YITH Ajax Filter plugin,  We have tried deactivating google analytics and then activate YITH Ajax Filter plugin and the issue still exist.
3. Another issue we are facing with Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin, we have updated this plugin multiples times but it keeps going back to update status. attaching screenshot.

1. I saw the message on dashboard of plugins but the latest version they public on CodeCanyon is 5.5.2 released on 27 June 2018 https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431

If you want update yourself when have update you have to purchase for single license or you have to wait for us release together with new version of our theme.

2. Please try contact with YITH plugin author at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation

3. The Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin it now no longer support by Envato team. Please change to “Envato Market” https://envato.com/market-plugin/

We are not seeking for update instead we are curious why we are seeing an update in wordpress (Please see attached screenshot before)

We have not purchased the plugin. We have purchased the theme from you and YITH Ajax Filter plugin came with the theme. I doesn’t make sense for us to reaching out to plugin author. Also, If the plugin has some sort of error, Why is it added in the theme?

What steps do we have to offer for this?

 

Do we have to remove the old  Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin and intall the new Envato Market from https://envato.com/market-plugin/ ?

We expect the support from you guys and fix all the issue and provide solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

1. The message because plugin author he change on his server but not upload on codecanyon. And plugin author decide to push message and update files for user update, we are theme author and can’t control this.

Keep calm, it now we have new version of this plugin ans we are checking this plugin with our theme and release update include in new version of our theme.

2. The plugib YITH is recommend and free plugin on WordPress, we are not author of this plugin. So if have issue with plugin you have to contact with plugin author.

3. Please download new plugin “EnvatoMarket” and follow step in the link i sent, yes you can remove Envato Toolkit after install new plugin.
