"Vary: Accept-Encoding" is showing up on Gecko Visual composer plugin

Hello,

I ran my website on GT Metrix, and this came up (see attached screen shot). I wanted to see if there’s anything I can do about it, since it’s all from the Visual Composer plugin. Is there a code to bypass this?

Another question. How do I make the social media icons on footer to open to a new separate browser?
