    No,

    When user clicks on ‘video tutorials’ , it shud take him to the videos gallery, that gallery is being very hard to style around, because we dont have the correct help documentation for it is not working correctly, and does not take us to any help section when it opens in browser.

    hi,

    yes we can see that but we are unable to call the videos all together on to one page as shown in your video tutorial page. please elaborate that as your Help material is not helping enough because in browser it doesnt even scroll to any of the pages, so we are stuck

    its done, kool. now all i am trying is to get my wordpress connected to jetpack… but i guess your point is right about the php version being old, i have left an inquiry, but lets see what they reply with

    I am facing problem in activating “Helpdesk Addons” while installation was ok. kindly let me know whats the issue in iterror on activating the plugin
