      Hi,

      We have reported the “Cart Empty” issue couple of weeks back to you guys. However there was no definite answer or resolution from your side to resolve this issue.

      To ensure that this issue is not caused by other plugin we have disabled all of them and debugged and found out that the issue is caused by the Google Analytics code in the header which is getting conflicted with the some JS or some other function from the Claue UI .

      However we moved the Google Analytics Script to the footer and showing up the “Empty Cart” reduced to show occasionally but it issue still prevails.

      If we take out the Analytics code from the header or footer the “Empty Cart” issue never gets showed and system works fine.

      Since we are running AD’s and FB Campaign we have to use the “Analytics Script” in the footer to track the traffic and conversions.

      Currently We have removed the Google Analytics Script from the website. However below is the GA Script if you want to insert :

      PS : We have also installed Insert Header / Footer Plugin

      <!– Global site tag (gtag.js) – Google Analytics –>
      <script async src=”https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-144595834-2″></script&gt;
      <script>
      window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
      function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
      gtag(‘js’, new Date());

      gtag(‘config’, ‘UA-144595834-2’);
      </script>

      We would like you guys to suggest a solution on how to resolve this problem.

      Hi,

      Did you add the Analytics Code ? which i have mentioned / added in my previous topic and then tested it ?

      Bcz i have clearly mentioned that i have removed the GA script for now and since it is working fine.

      You have to add the GA script to see the “Cart Empty” Issue

      Please advise

      Thank You

      Naresh

        Hi Harry,

        Sorry for the tardy reply.

        When you add the GA script to the site the “Empty Cart” issue does not show immediately due to the cache.

        Here is how we have replicated the issue :

        Scenario 1 : In Chrome open the site in “Incognito” mode and try to add multiple products to the cart and then you can go to “Mini Cart” and click on “View cart”

        Scenario 2 : Open the site in Private Browse in firefox and try to add multiple products to the cart and then you can go to “Mini Cart” and click on “View cart”

        Hope the above pointers are enough for you to replicate the issue.

        Thank You
