Hi Harry,

I do have some questions about PayPal in Woocommerce (on the Claue theme).

I’have created a PayPal Business Account, now I’ve to integrate My PayPal Account to woocommerce (Claue theme).

1. Is this site developed / integrated with API NVP/SOAP ?
2. I would like to know how to integrate my PayPal account ? Must I choose and use the API NVP/SOAP or the third-party’s API credentials (see images below for third party API credentials) ?

3. Also for this ? :

 

4. And for the sandbox they opened directly in the PayPal account the sandbox api credentials. But it’s NVP/SOAP Sandbox API Credentials. Is this normal, Do I need to use this or do I need create a new account or something else if it’s not developed with NVP/SOAP?

Hi Majolein,

If you don’t want use test account for your live site please uncheck in Enable PayPal sandbox

If you want enable sandbox for test site, please go to this link https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/ login with your paypal account and create new sandbox account and use sandbox account to fill for sandbox

Hi Majolein,

I don’t have experience with API NVP/SOAP or the third-party’s API credentials. By default WooCommerce doesn’t need API NVP/SOAP or the third-party’s API credentials.

You have to use other plugin https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-adaptive-payments/ to make API NVP/SOAP or the third-party’s API credentials work with WooCommerce
