      Hi,

      Would you be able to advice how what went wrong in the pop up as per the message displayed “Ops, something went wrong”.

      Also how do I get mail chimp template to be used for pop up sign up?

      2. This popup generate by YITH WooCommerce Popup plugin, it doén’t support use template from mailchimp.

      I thought the template of mailchimp use for email newsletter.

        Hi,

        Yes it should be mail chimp as I’ve had it integrated. But I don’t seem to be able to use the template from mail chimp. Can you advice?

        Or i need to use the code generated from mail chimp?

      I’m not sure with this case. Could you ask support from mailchimp
