Sorry for late reply. We check and saw this issue with preloader effect. We will fix and update soon.
Now you can go to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Preload > Off.

Sorry because i don’t understand your language.

1. On video 1, you mean quick view doesn’t load product option when enable TM extra Product Options?
2. On video 2, i still don’t clear about issue. Can you check in Dashboard > Products > Attributes > Make sure don’t have any attribute have same name, same slug.

3. On video 3, as i know the first product you didn’t enable OpenSwatch for this product on top right column http://take.ms/JRwvZ
