- The issue because you turn of Catalog Mode option https://tppr.me/f0WEa i turn it off now you can see the size and color option and add to cart button
- I helped you update WooCommerce Database and now the checkout page show the form.

- I helped you update the image, maybe the cache on your site cause the option not work.
- With product sorting, please try follow this topic https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/random-product-order-with-pagination.html and add custom code to child theme.
