1. The width of pages you can change with Visual Composer
2.  The text generate by plugin WooCommerce Simple Auction
3. I check and see the function worked, please check again https://tppr.me/GSQKw
4.  The plugin use below function to override WooCommerce Simple Auction

add_filter( ‘template_include’, array( $this, ‘auctions_page_template’ ), 99 );

Can you ask plugin author how to remove function or override this function?
