When you clear cache, theme works (0% web on cache)

When start to generate cache website dont work (layout 3 and 4)… because the version cache its not working on mobile. It dont make the carousel. 

We are weekends testing it. and desactive all plugins until here…

If we desactive cache. Theme works. if we active cache, when cache of layout 3 or 4 its generates ITS DONT work.

Perhaps after weeks with this we are not explain it well, but sincerely we hope some more interest in this kind of bug that could make we have to delete all the time and effort on your theme and change it be another… because we cant use any cache plugin.

Could you said why after layout 3 or 4 generate cache… the images lost the carousel format and show in this broken way?

BUT THIS IS NOT A CACHE PROBLEM… ITS YOUR THEME PROBLEM!.

I know that if we remove cache the mobile version work but this that means that your theme doesn’t support ANY CACHE PLUGIN?

if it´s so we have to quit your theme and change for another that work normally because we can´t have a serious woocomerce shop without cache.

The problems persist with every cache tested and we tested the 4 most popular…

Please could you fix the part that makes the carousel on mobile so it could work in a normal woocommerce shoop or not?

seriusly the answer of empty cache its very offensive because after writing support we make a lot of test and try all cache plugin normally used in woocomerce stores. And the problem its in your theme. RUN A WOOCOMMEERCE WITHOUT CACHE ITS NOT A FACTIBLE OPTION.

You can see the same problem in desktop browser if you reduce the size of the tab (see image attach). If like if cache take desktop browser version and there are something for make this carrusel on mobile that are not cached. How could fix it?

Sorry Harry,

This is not the problem, please check it. I check it in 4 mobile devices 3 browsers. REAL life. And also the screenshot are from a mobile chrome updated real device.

And also you can check it to (i send the url in this same form). And see that the image of the link its not show as carousel.

Its some about how this item its cached (I tried 4 cache plugin before the report, and It’s the same problem with everyone).
