State select checkout woocommerce not working!

Problem in the checkout: the state select in the checkout does not work, instead there is a text type input.

Could you send us your site url and temporary admin account as private reply or try update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/ and recommend plugin to latest version.
