Few various issues : automatic messages, quick shop text area, main menu, sort

Hello Harry,

We have still few pending issues on our website. Could you please help us to solve them :

1/ We need a button to delete the automatic error messages or the other pop up automatic messages, because they stay on the screen and obstruct visibility. Please see attached Question 1 screen shot

2/ In the Homepage, when we click on “Quick shop” on a product, we cannot see Options added by “Text area” or “Text field”. Please see attached Question 2 screen shots 1 & 2

3/ In the main menu, how could we change color of the text and how could we delete the badges “New” and “Sale”. Please see attached Question 3 screen shot

4/ About products sort we have few questions : 1/ where can we translate all sort menu “sort by the latest….” 2/ How can we set up how many products are showed by default ? From now it is 4 products by line. 3/ Could you please help us to set up this filter.Please indicate us also where can we do the translation of the English terms in French. Please see attached screenshots 4/1.2. questions and 4/3.

5/ When we open a color page, linked to our variations/attributes, a pop up screen appear. We want to delete them. Could you please indicate us how to do so ? Please see attached screenshot Question 5-

1. Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

}

2. I’m sorry the extra option will not show in quickshop

3. Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

	content: 'Hot';
	background: #ff3e11;
}
html[lang="fr-FR"] .jas-menu li.sale > a {
	color: #ec0101;
}

and change text, background color as you want

4. Please change in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce and change number of product show in Claue > THeme Optoin > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Number of product per page

And go to Widgets > WooComerce Filter Sidebar to change the text

5. Please go to WITH > Popup > Settings and show on only homepage.

Hi Harry,

Thanks a lot for your return.

1/ We don’t want to delete all automatic messages. We need to have a “closing box” option for cutomers to allow them to close the message. Could you please indicate us how to set up this ? Please see the 2 error message types we have in attached screenshots.

2/ Ok so we need to delete the “quick shop” option for few products. How could we uninstall “Quick shop” for few products ? Please see attached an example with the products on the homepage, Question 2- screenshot.

3/ Please help us in our website because we don’t understand the colors rules in the Main menu.
-> See Part 1 and 2 attached screenshots : we want all the blue ones like the others, grey/black.
-> See Part 3 : when we go down on the homepage, these terms appear in blue now => we want them like the left ones, grey/black.

Could you please check in our website because we try your codes in Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS and they don’t work.

Please explain us how it works because we will often update this main menu to keep it up to date.

Hi Nina M,

1. I’m sorry. It doesn’t have option to add close button to hide message

2. It doesn’t have option to hide “QuickShop” on few product. If you want hide some product you need to know class of product by right mouse on product and select > inspect element to know product ID and add css

.post-6494 .product-btn .btn-quickview, .post-6495 .product-btn .btn-quickview {display: none}

With 6494 and 6495 are products ID

You can hide all Quick Shop button by go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Enable Quick Shop button > Off

Please go to Appearance > Widget > WooCommerce Categories Menu Sidebar and remove Product Categories widgets

We continue to work on the website tonight.
To follow-up our last message, we hope you could help us to find a solution to bring back what we lost after this morning updates, but we don’t want to loose also all our work today.

Phoeniixx loss is the most important regarding our customisable products. Could you please re-install it for us, without loosing our initial set up product details page ?

We prepare for you other screenshots to be as much as possible clear about our issues. They will complete the previous ones that we sent.

I see the plugin Woocommerce Custom Fields For Variation you removed. so i help you reinstall it.

We have so much support request everyday so can’t take care all case.
