Product Image Scroll Function on a Mobile Device

Hi,

When you set the Product Detail Style to Layout 4, the left & right arrows on the product image do not show on a Mobile or iPad device – unless you click on the image first.

The left and right arrows should appear on image as soon as the page loads. Otherwise, the customer will not know whether he can scroll the images.

Please could you kindly suggest the fix for this issue.

Could you clear cache and check it again on real device, I check you site on my phone iPhone6, it now work well

I cleared the cache and checked on my iPhone 6 as well, and the left/right arrows do not show up on page load.

The arrows only show up when you touch the screen or start scrolling.

Hi,

Sorry for miss understood. We hide arrow for user can see full the image.

You can always display the arrow by add custom css in Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

We fix in attached file is change scroll image on mobile to swipe slide with product color swatch (so user doesn’t have scroll more images to see add to cart button).
